Elise is the Co-Founder and Founding Chair of the Women Thrive Worldwide, which educates and influences policy makers on issues of international aid and trade with a gender perspective.
Joe Keefe is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pax World Management LLC, and of Pax World Funds. Under Joe’s leadership, Pax World has become one of the leading innovators and asset managers in the rapidly-growing field of Sustainable Investing – the full integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into investment analysis and decision making.
Carol Bilzi serves as Council at Mayer Brown, LLP and General Counsel for Women Thrive Worldwide Board of Directors. For more than 20 years, Carol has counseled clients on the regulatory and policy aspects of international business and financial transactions.
Eileen Mancera is managing director for business development at event-driven hedge fund manager Venor Capital Management in New York City. Prior to joining Venor, Eileen led institutional initiatives for the investor relations group of Morgan Creek Capital Management. In 2010, MoneyManagement Letter nominated Ms. Mancera as "Public Fund Marketer of the Year."
Professor Eugenia (Jenny) McGill is a Lecturer in Discipline of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs where she directs the Workshop in Development Practices, teaches the fall semester course on Methods for Development Practice, and co-teaches the spring semester course on Gender, Politics and Development.
Mark Blackden is currently an independent consultant with clients such as the IFC and World Bank. He recently co-authored "Gender Dimensions of Investment Climate Reform: A Guide for Policymakers and Practitioners".
Alonzo L. Fulgham is Vice President for Strategy at CH2M Hill, where he brings more than 20 years of effective operational leadership and organizational change management experience.
Asif Shaikh is an independent consultant. He previously served as the Business Unit President of Mission Support Services for Engility, an international professional services firm that helps governments, the private sector, communities, and households manage critical resources to build a cleaner, safer, and more prosperous world.
